Dental Assistant - Our ideal candidate is a friendly, reliable, hard-working and problem-solving individual who is a team player and confident decision-maker. Must have dental assisting experience and certification through a State approved training program.
Dental Hygienist - Our ideal candidate is a superstar registered dental hygienist who is dependable and self-motivated with excellent communication skills. The Dental Hygienist will clean teeth and examine oral areas, head, and neck for signs of oral disease. The position also educates patients on oral hygiene, obtains radiographs, applies fluoride and sealants. Must have a valid dental hygiene license.
Front Desk Receptionist - Our ideal candidate is a friendly, reliable, hard-working and problem-solving individual who is a team player and confident decision-maker. Job responsibilities include greeting and checking out patients, scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance benefits, creating dental treatment plans, collecting payments, and providing outstanding customer service.
Office Manager - Our ideal candidate is a friendly, reliable, hard-working and problem-solving individual who is a team player and confident decision-maker. This individual must be a strong leader. A dental office manager supports and supervises all administrative duties in a dental office. They are responsible for the management of staff meetings, assistance with staff schedules, ensuring phones are being answered properly, ensuring scheduling is done properly, and entering payment. The office manager works alongside the front desk receptionist in providing outstanding customer service.
Scheduler - Our ideal candidate is a friendly, reliable, hard-working and problem-solving individual who is a team player. Experience in scheduling for multiple offices is required. Job responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments, collecting insurance information, data entry with attention to detail/accuracy, customer service, and other duties as assigned.
Insurance Verification - Our ideal candidate is a friendly, reliable, hard-working and problem-solving individual who is a team player. The dental insurance verification coordinator serves as an intermediary between the patient and the insurance company. Dental insurance coordinators are responsible for verifying patient health insurance benefits, communicating with patients, and maintaining open and ongoing communication with all internal business partners.
